This design is so easy to do, but the finished product is so eye-catching, you're friends won't believe you did them yourself. Seriously though. It's only 4 steps!
Paint your nail black..
Then, using the green polish, create a diagonal line across your nail and fill in the bottom half. This part doesn't have to be perfect, but try to keep the line as straight as you can. You might need to use two coats two get it opaque
Now to start the magic. Using the black polish and your dotting tool, create uniform dot along the green side of the nail, with the dot just barely crossing over the line.
And repeat with the green polish on the black side, placing your dots "between" the black dots
Now, you could stop here, or you could go all out.
Finish filling your design out with green and black dots. You can have them all in single file rows (which I think look best if you make the dots progressively smaller) or you can do as I did and alternate the rows to have even more dotted fun!
Finish off with a fast drying top coat to seal in your design.
